Junior Laura Paulsen (Lutherville, MD/Bryn Mawr) earned the first Centennial Conference honor of the year for the Johns Hopkins women's cross country team as she was named Runner of the Week by the conference office on Tuesday.
The junior finished first in the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational on Saturday, winning the 6k race in 22:18.69 and leading the Blue Jays to their first place overall team finish.
Hopkins returns to action on Saturday, September 27, traveling to Williamsburg, VA to compete in the William & Mary Invitational. Races begin at 10 a.m.
