Carrie Sniffen's enters her second year as a collegiate coach as Hopkins begins its 2006 season.
A native of nearby Columbia, Md., Sniffen played four years at Centennial rival McDaniel as a middle hitter. As a senior captain in 2004, Sniffen paced the conference in blocks with 1.18 per game and also led the Green Terror in kills (212) and hitting percentage (.192). Sniffen was also named to the All-Centennial Conference Second-Team as a senior.
Holding a degree exercise therapy, Sniffen is currently working in Columbia as a physcial therapist.
