Three-time Captain Closes Out Successful Hopkins Career

Jenn Feldmann completed her eighth season on the Hopkins coaching staff in 2017. She came to Homewood after a stellar playing career at St. Mary's College of Maryland. In only two years at St. Mary's, Feldmann finished second in school history in service attempts, third in assists, sixth in service aces and sixth in serving percentage. She also helped the team to a 57-14 record and two Capital Athletic Conference finals appearances.

2017 was a historic season for Feldmann and the rest of the Blue Jays as they team not only earned their first-ever national ranking, but the team set new team record for consecutive wins (18) and extended the conference winnnig streak to 22. The Blue Jays also won their second-straight Centennial Tournament Championship and advanced to the Sweet 16 for the first time in program history. For her work, Feldmann was named the AVCA Assistant Coach of the Year. 

Johns Hopkins had a historic season in 2016, earning the team's fourth Centennial Conference Championship title. With the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, the Blue Jays traveled to Frederick, VA, where they defeated Christopher Newport, 3-1, for the program's first NCAA Tournament victory.

In 2012, Feldmann helped lead Hopkins to its best season in program history as it compiled a 29-4 record. In her time with Hopkins, beginning in 2010, the Blue Jays have racked up a record of 136-64 (0.680).

Feldmann attended nearby Centennial High School, where she helped the Eagles to two Howard County Championships, three Class 3A Regional Championships and two Class 3A Maryland State Championships. She was also a three-time Howard County Times, Baltimore Sun and Washington Post All-Howard County selection.

For the Blue Jays, Feldmann's primary duties include assisting with recruitment and scouting opponents as well as coordinating block scheme and defense.

Currently, Feldmann serves as an Administrative Coordinator in the Office of the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations at Johns Hopkins University. She graduated cum laude from St. Mary's in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in English.
