The Johns Hopkins men's and women's track and field teams competed at the ECAC Championships this past weekend at Tufts University and produced several solid results. The men finished tied for 27th place overall out of 43 teams that earned points over the weekend.

Senior Quinlan Amos (Houston, TX) had another spectacular day to lead the Blue Jays. He won the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.47, and finished in 11th place in the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.61. Senior John Onofrey (Needham, MA/Needham) finished in tenth place in the 3000K meter run with a time of 8:53.47.

For the women, freshman Ilolochika Emuh (Highland, CA/Redlands) set a school indoor mark in the 55-meter hurdles as she was ninth with a time of 8.74, breaking her old school record she set earlier this year.

The Blue Jays will now shift gears and get ready for their outdoor season as they compete in the Goucher Invitational on March 23rd.
