BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins women's tennis team won all six singles matches against Goucher to finish with a 6-0 win and improve to 5-1 overall this season. Michelle Liang won 6-0, 6-3 over Sarah Ballan at first singles, while Veranda Jerath edged Jayne Deichmistu at second singles 6-2, 4-6, 10-4 to lead the Blue Jay victory.

Tonya Gulnick won 6-0, 6-2 over Heather Meslin at third singles, and Becky Busch defeated Dana Clark 6-2, 6-1 at the fourth spot. Mary Gorshi was a 6-1, 6-0 winner over Christina Grimm at fifth singles, while Meghan Hasenauer defeated Stephanie Austin 6-3, 6-1 at sixth singles. The teams did not finish the doubles matches.

Johns Hopkins visits Centennial Conference opponent Gettysburg on April 5 at 3 p.m.
