The Teams: Johns Hopkins men's swimming team is 3-4 in its dual meets while the women are 3-3 this season. The Blue Jay men finished third of 13 teams with 1,276 points over the weekend at the Miami Invitational, while the women finished ninth of 14 teams with 679 points. Hopkins will next compete against Denison on January 6 in North Palm Beach, FL.

Armstrong Sets NCAA Record, Wins Three Races In Miami: Senior Scott Armstrong set the school record and broke the NCAA Division III record by five seconds while winning the 1650 freestyle in 15:20.62 Thursday night at the Miami Invitational. Armstrong, the only Blue Jay to win an event at the invitational, captured the 400 individual medley in 3:58.31 Friday night, and took the 500 freestyle in 4:27.52 Saturday night.

25 Swimmers Qualify For NCAAs In Miami: With their performances over the weekend, 25 Hopkins swimmers qualified for the NCAA Championships in Atlanta, GA. Listed are the swimmers who qualified for individual events and the events in which they qualified:
