BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins men's and women's swimming teams won five of 28 events as they fell to Yale, 181-81 in men's events and 189-72 in women's events. The Bulldog men avenged a 136-126 loss to the Blue Jays last year.

Freshman Kristin Cunningham was Hopkins' only multiple event winner, as she placed first in back-to-back women's events, the 50 free (24.52) and 100 free (53.51). Sophomore Erica Pakkala won the 100 back (1:01.48), senior Tyler Harris won the 100 breast (59.74), and freshman Colin Kleinguetl won the 1000 freestyle (9:47.42).
