2015-16: Seven-time All-American • All-Bluegrass Mountain Conference • won 100 Breast (1:06.44), 200 Breast (2:24.26), 200 Free Relay (1:38.86), 200 Medley Relay (1:48.57) and 400 Medley Relay (3:56.69), placed second in 200 IM and third in 800 Free Relay at Thomas Murphy Invitational • won 50 (30.56) and 100 Breast (1:05.85), took second in 600 Medley Relay in win at Franklin & Marshall • won 100 Breast (1:06.29), 200 Breast (2:23.75), 200 Medley (1:52.76) and 400 Free Relays (3:38.98) versus West Chester • won 100 Breast (1:06.13), 100 Free (54.55) and 200 Medley Relay versus Stevens • took third in the B final of the 200 IM at the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championship • placed fifth in 200 Free Relay, sixth in 800 Free Relay, sixth in 400 Free Relay, seventh in 400 Medley Relay, 11th in 200 Medley Relay, 11th in 200 Breast and 14th in 100 Breast at NCAA Championship.

2014-15: Three-time All-American • two-time All-Bluegrass Mountain Conference • won the 100 (2:24.60) & 200 Breast (1:07.22), 200 (1:49.16) & 400 Medley Relay (3:55.02) and placed second in the 200 IM in collegiate debut at Thomas Murphy Invitational • won the 50 Breast (30.71) and placed second in the 200 Back in win over Franklin & Marshall • broke school records and posted NCAA provisional times in 100 (1:03.82) and 200 Breast (2:18.73) at the TPSC Invitational • placed third in 100 Breast and 400 Medley Relay at TPSC • won 200 Breast (2:22.76) and finished second in 200 Medley Relay at West Chester • took second in 200 Medley Relay and 200 IM in win over St. Mary's • won 200 Medley Relay (1:48.88), 100 Breast (1:07.34) and 200 Breast (2:23.96) in win at Stevens • broke pool records in 200 Medley Relay and 200 Breast at Stevens • placed second in 200 Medley Relay, 100 and 200 Breast at Towson • won 100 Breast (1:05.49) and took second in 200 Breast at Navy • won 200 Free Relay (1:40.80) and finished second in 900 Free Relay in win over Mary Washington • took bronze in 100 Breast and 200 Breast, and placed second in B final of 200 IM at Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championship • won consolation final of 200 Breast (2:16.97), placed sixth in 200 Medley Relay and 15th in 100 Breast in NCAA Championship • also competed in 400 IM at NCAAs.

Personal: Gwyneth LaMastra • daughter of Steve and Anne LaMastra • grandfather, Phillip LaMastra, played one year of baseball at Johns Hopkins • volunteer at Georgia Aquarium • swam five years with Dynamo Swim Club • qualified for Junior Nationals and Winter Junior Nationals • majoring in behavioral biology with a minor in psychology.
