BALTIMORE, MD - Johns Hopkins head coach Janine Tucker announced today that the 2009 Women's Lacrosse Coaches Clinic will be held on Saturday, December 12. The clinic is geared towards youth, club and high school level coaches.
The coaches clinic will be an indoor clinic featuring intensive teaching sessions and skill & drill demonstrations by the 2010 Blue Jays. In addition to classroom sessions, chalk talks and video clips, you will have the opportunity to see the skills and drills come to life as the 2010 Blue Jays demonstrate basic and advanced stick work, checking skills, dodging, shooting, center draw strategies & techniques, 1v1 defense, riding and man up/man down strategies. The Johns Hopkins players will demonstrate the essential skills that every coach needs to know. We have added several new, fun and beneficial drills to our collection that will no doubt get yourself and your team ready for the spring season.
