Georgiana Lee finished 10th in the epee division to lead the Johns Hopkins women's fencing team this weekend at the 30th Annual Penn State Garret Open.
Joy Wu placed 19th in the epee, while Bari Braunstein was 33rd, Caroline Grey was 36th, and Phong Tran finished in 37th place.
In the sabre division, Allison Barker finished 11th, Sarah Walsh placed 13th, and Angel Tao was 33rd to lead the Blue Jays.
Sarah Barnard led Hopkins in the foil, finishing in 24th place. Christina Giblin was 25th, Peggy Rechthand was 34th, and You-Shang Feng was 35th.
The Hopkins women's fencing team will return to action on December 2 at Fairleigh Dickinson.
