      Hopkins Women's Fencing History and Tradition
      Since taking over as head coach in 2010, head coach Austin Young has elevated the Johns Hopkins women's fencing team to one of the best in Division III. He has guided the Blue Jays to five consecutive Eastern Women's Fencing Conference (EWFC) titles, going a combined 30-0 at the conference championship meets. He has also coached eight individual EWFC Champions. Hopkins has made 12 NCAA Championship appearances since 1991, including 10 straight from 1998 to 2007.
