LORTON, VA - The Johns Hopkins' men and women's crew teams competed at the Occoquan Sprints in Lorton, VA with a mix of Division I and Division III schools. The Blue Jays return to action at the Knecht Cup in Camden, NJ April 8-9, 2006.
In the Women's Varsity Eight, Hopkins finished sixth in the Petite Final with a time of 9:07.27. Division I William and Mary finished first with a time of 7:59.20. And in the Women's Novice Four, the Blue Jays finished won their heat with a time of 9:24.0. The Jays finished ahead of five Division I schools in their heat.
