Former Blue Jay all-conference selection Maureen Myers joins the coaching staff for the 2007-08 season. Myers will serve as a graduate assistant for the Blue Jays this season and work with the guards.

Myers played for head coach Nancy Funk from 2000 -2004. Myers helped lead the Blue Jays to the Centennial Conference title in 2003 and Hopkins advanced to the second round of the NCAAs in 2003 and 2004. She finished her career 13th in points scored (951), first in 3-pt. FG attempts (419) and second in 3-pt. FG made (110).

Myers is currently pursuing her degree in psychological and brain sciences and will graduate in May of 2008.
