Cleveland, OH - Steve Tobochnik of the Johns Hopkins men's cross country team finished 133rd at the NCAA Championships hosted by Baldwin-Wallace College. Tobochnik finished with a time of 26:57.4. He is the first Blue Jay to compete at the NCAA Championships since Patrick Brandon in 2007.
North Central won the NCAA Title with just 50 points. Williams, Allegheny, NYU, and Cortland State rounded out the top five in team scoring. Ricky Flynn of Lynchburg won the race with a time of 25:09.8.
Tobochnik received a bid to the NCAA Championships with his 20th place finish at the Mideast Regional.
