The Short Story: The 17th-ranked Johns Hopkins men's cross country team finished eighth at the Rowan Inter-Regional event on Saturday out a field of 28 teams.
How it Happened
Alex Glavin led the way for the Blue Jays with a 24th-place finish as he finished the race in 25:27.6.
The next top finishers for Hopkins were Louis Levine and Giacomo Taylor. Levine came in with a time of 25:53.3, which placed him 52nd, while Taylor finished in 54th with a mark of 25:53.7.
Kevin Peters and Andrew King rounded out the top-five finishers for the Blue Jays, as Peters came in 57th with a time of 25:58.6 while King finished 61st with a time of 26:05.0.
The Blue Jays will have a little over a week break before they compete next on Sunday, October 29 in Centennial Conference Championships which will be held on the campus of Gettysburg. The race is scheduled to begin at 12 pm.
