The Johns Hopkins men's track & field squad dominated over the Division III teams in the Ursinus Winter Track Classic, finishing second to Bowie State by just two and a half points. Senior Adam Waddell neared a personal-best with his second-place 4.55m pole vault. The Blue Jays scored 76.5 points for a second-d place finish.
Ryan Lino finished second in the men's shot put after hurling it 13.88 meters. Team mate Peter Li placed seventh with a 13.45 meter throw.
Jacob Kramer earned third place in the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 8.28.
The Blue Jays dominated the 3,000 meter run as David Sigmon finished first in 9:11.08, Brian Rooney came in second in 9:14.58, Geoff Nunns placed third at 9:15.40 and Dan Pike crossed the line at 9:19.67 for fourth place.
Graham Belton was Hopkins' top mile runner at the meet, placing third with his time of 4:32.64.
