BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins men's track and field team was in action at the Widener Invitational Saturday afternoon.

Andrew Bartnett finished first again in the pole vault, topping out at 5.10m (16-8.75). Meanwhile, Zach Jacobson and Mitchell Keller finished third and sixth, respectively in the discus.

In the 5000 meter run, Panth Patel finished third while Akshay Alaghatta placed sixth. Competing in the high jump, Ryan Walsh finished second, clearing 1.97m (6-5.00).

Sam Gottuso set a personal-record in the 800 meter with a time of 1:56.58, good for a third place finish on the day. Teammate Dan Bier also set a personal best in the event with at time of 1:58.36, which place him ninth on the day.
