The Basics
• Location: Towson, MD • Lewisburg, PA
• The Short Story: The Johns Hopkins men’s track and field team put together solid performances at both the Towson Invitational and Bucknell Bison Classic.

• The Blue Jays finished seventh of 16 teams, scoring 45 points.
Royal Doolittle finished in seventh in the triple jump with a mark of 13.27m.
David Nessenson finished third in the shot put with a throw of 13.89m while Mike Kalanik finished in fifth with a throw of 13.59m.
• In the discus, Zach Jacobson finished second with a throw of 47.75m while Stephen Brao finished in fifth in the javelin with a throw of 49.90m. Jacobson also earned a third-place finish in the hammer throw with a mark of 51.20m.
Charlie Guan earned a seventh-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.30 while Ted Oh finished in sixth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:07.64.
• In the 800-meter run, Colton Takata finished in seventh with a time of 1:57.24 and Zach Shelley earned a fifth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.00.
Patrick Dye finished in fifth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:43.61.

• In the 5K, Jared Pangallozzi set a new personal-best mark with a time of 15:00.93 for sixth-place while PJ Murray earned a ninth-place finish, clocking in with a time of 15:10.66.
Ollie Hickson finished the 10,000-meter run with a time of 30:36.52 while Tyler Wolfe finished in 30:56.99 as both set new personal record times.

• Johns Hopkins returns to the track on Friday, April 20 as the team heads to either the Larry Ellis Invitational or the Widener Invitational.
