Hopkins Successful at Frank Colden Invite

The Short Story: The Johns Hopkins men's track and field team claimed three first-place finishes as the Blue Jays competed in the Frank Colden Invitational on Saturday.
How it Happened
In the high jump, Matt Fischetti finished fourth overall with a mark of 1.75m.
Benjamin Huang earned a fourth-place finish in the pole vault with a mark of 4.10m.
Matthew Su claimed first place in the long jump with a mark of 6.97m and earned a second-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.10.
In the 60-meter dash, Alex Mollick finished fourth with a time of 7.193.
In the 400-meter dash, Rafael Ferguson finished in fourth crossing the line in 52.09.
Brandon Fielder finished third in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.76 while Alex Condotti finished right behind him in fourth with a time of 2:00.01. Fielder claimed first in the mile with a time of 4:22.75.
The Blue Jays claimed the top-three spots in the 3,000-meter run with Liam Wall (8:50.53), Connor Delahanty (8:56.08) and Patrick Dye (9:03.29).
In the 5,000-meter run, Jeff Braun earned a fifth-place finish with a time of 15:54.46.
The JHU 4x400 meter relay team notched a second-place finish in the race with a time of 3:31.39.
Hopkins returns to the track on Friday, February 8 for day one of the David Emery Invitational which will be held on the campus of Boston University.
