Final Stats

NEW YORK, NY - The Johns Hopkins men's indoor track and field team competed at the NYC Gotham Cup on Friday in New York City. The meet was comprised of teams from both the Division I and III levels. The Blue Jays had several runners finish in the top 15 of their event on the day, highlighted by junior Patrick Brandon's finish in the 5,000-meter run.

Brandon finished seventh in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:42.52 as freshman David Sigmon finished 14th in the race, crossing the line with a time of 16:10.01. Senior Andrew Lewis placed 19th in the 5,000-meters finishing in 16:40.54.

Sophomore Peter Li competed in the shot put for the Blue Jays and finished 14th with a final throw of 14.02m.

The Blue Jays will be back in action on January 20th when they travel to the University of Maryland to compete in the Maryland Indoor Invitational.
