Johns Hopkins men's swimming seniors Oliver Buccicone (Rochester, MN/Lourdes) and Scott Pitz (Paoli, PA/Conestoga) competed at the Emory Invitational last weekend.
Buccicone won the 200 butterfly in 1:57.95 and was fourth in the 100 butterfly in 54.06. Pitz came in fourth in the 200 individual medley preliminaries in 2:01.81 and was seventh in the 100 backstroke preliminaries in 58.36. There was no team scoring at the invitational.
The Blue Jays will compete at the ECAC Championships on February 27-29 in Pittsburgh, PA.
