Johns Hopkins men's soccer senior forward Aerik Williams (Columbus, OH/Columbus Academy) was named the Centennial Conference Co-Player of the Week along with Western Maryland's Barclay Losse, the conference announced Monday.
Williams scored a goal and added two assists in the Blue Jays' 3-0 win over Haverford last Wednesday, becoming the conference's all-time assist leader with 34. Earlier in the season, Williams became the Hopkins career assist leader.
Williams is currently tied for third on the Blue Jays with 15 points on four goals and seven assists. Hopkins, ranked No. 11 this week, is 12-1 this season and has won nine straight matches, eight by shutout.
Williams and the Blue Jays will look to make it ten straight wins when they travel to Richard Stockton on Wednesday at 8 p.m.
