Today - #46 Did You Know: Oliver Shephard is the only Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse player to earn First Team All-America honors wearing #46. Player Spotlight -Oliver Shepard Shepard and his Class of '50 teammates won four USILA Championships, compiled a four-year record of 31-4 and never lost a game to a collegiate opponent. For his part, Shepard earned All-America honors in each of his last three seasons, including first team honors in 1949. He earned the Turnbull Award as the nation's outstanding attackman as a senior in 1950 and earned a spot on the William C. Schmeisser All-Time Johns Hopkins Team. Famous "46s" in Other Sports
Chuck Muncie - New Orleans Saints, San Diego Chargers (NFL) Muncie was a key member of the San Diego Chargers' high-octane offenses of the early 1980s. Including his career with the Saints, Muncie rushed for more than 6,700 yards and 71 touchdowns and also totaled more than 2,300 receiving yards in 10 seasons in the NFL.
