BALTIMORE, MD - Fans of the Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse team will get a glimpse of several of the Blue Jays' incoming recruits as five members of JHU's Class of 2013 were recently named Under Armour All-Americans and will compete in the fourth annual UA All-America Lacrosse Classic on Saturday, June 27 at Towson University's Johnny Unitas Stadium. The All-America Boys Showcase will cap a two-day extravaganza featuring numerous all-star games. The UA All-America Boys Showcase game will air live on ESPNU at 8 pm.

The five players representing Johns Hopkins in the game are split between the North and South teams as three players will play on the North team and two on the South.

Playing for the North team, which will be coached by Duxbury High School (MA) coach Chris Sweet, are midfielders John Greeley (Lafayette, NY/Lafayette) and John Ranagan (Yorktown, NY/Yorktown) and defenseman Tucker Durkin (Huntington Valley, PA/LaSalle).

Defenseman Chris Lightner (Timonium, MD/Calvert Hall) and midfielder Chase Winter (Boonoton Township, NJ/Mountain Lakes) will play on the South Team, which will be coached by Kevin Gilbin of Georgetown Prep.

All five of the incoming Blue Jays were ranked among Inside Lacrosse's Top 50 Rising Seniors prior to the 2009 season. Greeley was ranked as the nation's top recruit, while Lightner was ranked fifth overall and tops among defensemen.
