BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins-Mount St. Mary's men's lacrosse game, originally scheduled for a 4 pm faceoff on Monday, April 27, has been moved to 7 pm that night it was announced today by Johns Hopkins head coach Dave Pietramala. This will be the fourth straight season that Johns Hopkins and Mount St. Mary's meet in men's lacrosse. The Blue Jays have won the first three meetings.
The game at Mount St. Mary's will be JHU's second at Waldron Family Stadium, which opened during the 2007 season. The Blue Jays won the previous meeting at Mount St. Mary's, 15-3, en route to winning the 2007 national championship.
Johns Hopkins will next be in action this Saturday at Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium when the Blue Jays take on long-time rival Maryland in the second game of the Smartlink Day of Rivals. The Johns Hopkins-Maryland game will follow the Army-Navy game, which will begin at 11:30am. The JHU-Maryland game will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the Army-Navy game.
