Hopkins-Loyola Men's Lacrosse to Stream Live on Facebook

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Johns Hopkins-Loyola men's lacrosse game on Saturday, February 17 will be the first-ever college lacrosse game streamed live to Facebook in partnership with Stadium and the Patriot League Network it was announced today.
The Greyhounds will host the Blue Jays in a matchup of top 15 teams. The Blue Jays are ranked ninth in the USILA Coaches Poll and eighth in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll, while Loyola enters Saturday’s game ranked 12th in the Inside Lacrosse media poll and 14th in the USILA Coaches version.
In addition to Facebook both games will be available on the Patriot League Network.
Fans watching on Facebook Live will have the opportunity to interact with other fans watching, with an on-site social media coordinator and the announcing team.
Saturday’s game will be the first collegiate men’s lacrosse game, and the first Patriot League event of any sport, to stream via the Facebook platform.
