At North Carolina: Played in 15 games with seven starts in three seasons playing for the Tar Heels (2004-06) • Saw the most extensive action of his career as a junior in 2006 as he played in eight games with six starts • Posted a 4-1 record with a 9.18 goals against average and a .496 save percentage • Earned all four of Carolina's wins in 2006.

At Boys' Latin: Helped team to the prestigious MIAA "A" Championship as a junior and semifinal (senior) and quarterfinal (sophomore) appearances his other two years as the starting goalie • Finished with 192 saves while allowing only 101 goals in 20 games as a senior • Maryland's goalie-of- the-year as a senior and a two-time all-metro, all-city/county and All-MIAA selection • Played four years of ice hockey as a center and defenseman and three years of football as a wide receiver and running back • Led the football team in receptions as a junior and senior • All-conference selection as a senior in ice hockey.

Personal: Charles Stuart Sheain, III • The son of Buzz and Eleanor Sheain • Born October 19, 1984 • Father played goalie on the ice hockey team at Cornell and was also a goalie for the Baltimore Thunder Indoor Lacrosse team • Enrolled in the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins in pursuit of an MBA in Finance • Works full-time as a financial institution service representative at T. Rowe Price and takes all of his courses in the evening.
