2007: Key member of the Blue Jay defense and man-down unit • Played in 16 games and started the first eight on close defense • Totaled eight ground balls on the year • JHU man-down unit showed steady improvement throughout the season and allowed just four EMO goals on 17 chances in the NCAA Tournament (.235) • Entering the NCAAs, the opposition had cashed in on 17-of-43 (.395) opportunities.

2006: Reserve defenseman and a member of JHU's man-down unit • Played in all 14 games on the year and had one goal and five ground balls • Tallied first career goal with 14:20 remaining in the third quarter to give JHU a 6-5 lead over UMBC • Goal against the Retrievers was the third in a five-goal run for the Blue Jays, who never trailed after O'Neill gave them the lead • Member of a Hopkins defense that held nine of 14 opponents to nine goals or less and six opponents to seven goals or less • Johns Hopkins finished 17th in the nation in scoring defense (8.21).

2005: Saw action in five games on the year • Did not record any statistics • Got the first action of his career against Hofstra and played in later games against Albany, Loyola, Marist and Massachusetts.

At Episcopal: Played football, basketball and lacrosse • Captain of football and lacrosse teams and earned all-league and all-state honors in both sports • Washington Post First Team All-Met selection in lacrosse and the recipient of the Post's Reinhart Medal as the most outstanding male athlete •Alexandria area lacrosse Player-of-the-Year.
