Blue Jays Welcome Back Seven Starters, Top Recruiting Class Joins Program

2014
• Made return to the field after suffering a season-ending injury late in the 2013 season.
• Played in 14 games and totaled two goals, 27 ground balls and nine caused turnovers on the year.
• Ranked third on the team in caused turnovers and tied for fourth in ground balls.
• Scored first goal of the season and had six ground balls against North Carolina and came back with one goal and two GBs against Albany.
• Key member of a Johns Hopkins defense that held 11 opponents to nine goals or less and ranked 17th in the nation in scoring defense (8.94).

2013
• Suffered season-ending injury prior to game against Loyola.
• Had four goals and 22 ground balls to his credit through 12 games - scored one goal in each of the first three games.
• Scored once and added three ground balls in the 15-8 win against Virginia.
• Made a successful return to the lineup against Siena after missing the entire 2012 season with an injury. Scored one goal with one GB against the Saints and came back with another goal and three GBs at Towson. Added one goal and one GB vs. Michigan.

2011: Played in 15 games and counted four goals, three assists, 42 ground balls and nine caused turnovers to his credit • Ranked second on the team with his 42 GBs and fourth with nine caused turnovers • Had one assist and two ground balls vs. Towson • Added a team-high four ground balls in the win at Delaware and notched second career assist in the win vs. Manhattan • Ignited JHU's 12-11 win over second-ranked Virginia as he scored his first career goal early in the first quarter to give JHU a 2-0 lead - added four ground balls and one caused turnover in the win • Scored a goal in transition and added three ground balls against Albany • Posted one assist and had five ground balls in the 12-11 overtime win at fourth-ranked Maryland - assisted on a Chris Boland goal in transition that was the 2nd goal in an 8-1 JHU run that turned an 8-3 deficit into an 11-9 lead • Provided huge emotional play with a caused turnover, ground ball and transition goal that tied the game vs. Hofstra (2-2) early in second quarter - JHU had trailed 2-0 but never trailed again - added three ground balls in the win • Scored one goal and added two ground balls against Denver in NCAA Quarterfinals - goal capped a 3-0 JHU run that trimmed an 8-4 deficit to 8-7.

At Calvert Hall: Played football and lacrosse • Totaled 54 goals and 30 assists in three varsity seasons of lacrosse • All-MIAA selection as a senior, when he posted 25 goals and added 11 assists • Helped team to the MIAA title game as a junior and the MIAA Semifinals as a sophomore • Played fullback and wide receiver in four seasons of football.
