Attack Drives Johns Hopkins Past Navy, 15-4

Stanwick, Kaestner, Benn Combine for Nine Goals & Eight Assists

Noteworthy: Has scored at least one goal in 16 of last 19 games dating back to 2011 • 33 of 35 career goals have come in last 19 games.

2012: Led the team in goals (30) and ranked second in points (37) • Scored two goals on three shots in season-opening win vs. Towson and came back with first career hat trick and a career-high four points in the win vs. Delaware • Tallied once against Siena - goal was the second in a three-goal run for JHU to close the game • Scored second goal in a 4-1 fourth-quarter run that fueled a 10-8 win at Princeton and added a strike against Manhattan • Notched second career hat trick and career-highs of two assists and five points in 12-5 win over UMBC • Made it back-to-back five-point showings with a career-high four goals and one assist in win over sixth-ranked Syracuse • Scored three goals to fuel win at #1 Virginia ... all three goals came duirng a 7-2 run that turned a 4-1 deficit into an 8-6 lead • Scored twice in 13-9 loss to North Carolina, tallied one goal and one assist against Albany, one goal against Maryland and one assist at Navy • Scored twice with both goals coming during game-ending 9-2 run to fuel 13-6 win over Army • Punched up a career-high five goals in a 19-9 win over Stony Brook in the first round of the NCAA Tournament - five goals tie the JHU record for most in a first round NCAA game - five points matched his career high as well • Finished season with one goal and one assist against Maryland in the NCAA Quarterfinals.

2011: Counted five goals and one assist to his credit as a regular on the JHU extra man unit and the team's fourth attackman • Saw significant playing time in the season opener on attack and as part of the extra-man unit - responded with one goal and one assist • Assist came on an extra-man goal by fellow Canadian Zach Palmer • Added an extra-man goal against Delaware • Broke out of an 11-game scoring slump with two goals in the 15-10 win at Army - included was an extra man goal during a 9-1 JHU run that put the game away • Added an extra-man goal in the win over Hofstra in first round of NCAA Tournmanet.

At Culver Academy: Three-year varsity performer in lacrosse • Helped team to a three-year record of 51-14 and three state championships • Totaled at least 85 points in each of his three seasons with career totals of 213 goals and 66 assists • Punched up a career-high 84 goals and 22 assists as a junior and added 65 goals and 23 assists as a senior • Three-time all-state selection and was twice name the MVP of the state championship game • Also played hockey at Culver.
