This Season: Co-captain • Preseason First Team All-American by 2003 Face-Off Yearbook • Midfielder and National Player-of-the-Year candidate • Strong, physical player who is the workhorse of the Hopkins offense.

Statistically Speaking: Enters final season with career totals of 63 goals and 23 assists for 86 points • Has 13 goals and five assists in five career NCAA Tournament games • Has five goals and three assists in two career NCAA Semifinal games • JHU is 10-1 when he scores three or more goals and 12-1 when he tallies three or more points.

2002: First Team STX/USILA All-American • Named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team after scoring eight goals and adding one assist in two games • Finished fifth on the team in scoring with 24 goals and four assists for 28 points • 24 goals ranked second on the team and were a career-high • Scored several of the biggest goals of the season for the Blue Jays • Tallied Hopkins' last three goals in a 13-12 win over UMass in the the NCAA Quarterfinals -- the last two in regulation and the game-winner in overtime • Scored game-winning goals in wins over Hofstra and Navy as well • Five goals against UMass in the NCAA Quarterfinals were a career-high • Added three goals and one assist in the NCAA Semifinals against Princeton • Tied for the team-lead with six extra-man goals.

2001: Finished second on the team in scoring with 18 goals and 12 assists for 30 points • Scored four goals and added four assists in the first five games of the season before getting it going late • In the last seven games, he had 14 goals and eight assists to his credit, including a three-goal, one assist effort in the 14-13 win over Towson and a two-goal, two-assist effort in the win over Loyola • Registered six multi-goal games in the last seven games of the season, including a two-goal effort against Notre Dame in the NCAA Quarterfinals • Posted a career-high six points with three goals and three assists in the win over Ohio State • Getting hot when the weather starts to get warmer is nothing new for Doneger • In two years at Johns Hopkins, he has 25 goals and seven assists in 11 games played in the month of April and eight goals and eight assists in five games played in the month of May • In eight games in the month of March, Doneger has six goals and three assists.

2000: Provided some much-needed scoring assistance in the last 10 games of the season as he scored all 21 of his goals and dished out all seven of his assists on the year during that time • Was at his best during the NCAA Tournament as he scored one goal and added a career-high three assists in NCAA Quarterfinal victory over Notre Dame and came back with a two-goal, two-assist effort against Syracuse in the NCAA Semifinals • 21 goals and 28 points on the year both ranked fourth on the team, while his seven assists ranked second • Had eight multi-goal games to his credit and tallied at least two points in each of the last 10 games of the season • Shared the Bob Scott Award as the team's top freshman with with fellow attackman Bobby Benson.

At Lynbrook: Lettered in football, wrestling, and lacrosse at Lynbrook • Two-time All-American and three-time All-County selection in lacrosse • Led team to state championship as a senior, when he was named the best attackman in Nassau County • Co-captain in lacrosse and football as a senior • All-County pick in football • Runner-up in voting for top linebacker in Nassau County • Captain of Empire State Lacrosse Team that won gold medal.
