HOUSTON, TEXAS -
Freshman Aaron Fernandes (Short Hills, NJ/Millburn) and sophomore Nick Marchuk (Ringoes, NJ/The Hun School) each picked up three wins and finished 24th in saber and foil respectively at the NCAA Fencing Championships held March 17-20. The six combined wins helped Johns Hopkins place 26th out of 33 teams.
Notre Dame captured the championship, edging Ohio State by two individual wins, 173-171.
