BOSTON, MA - The Johns Hopkins varsity eight boat competed at the 44th annual Head of the Charles on Sunday in the collegiate eight race.
The Blue Jays placed 25th in the race with a final time of 16:24.313. Junior Stephen Hou (Fort Mill, SC/Fort Mill), sophomore Daniel Bagdorf (Old Lyme, CT/Lyme-Old Lyme), sophomore Will Cooper (Pittsburgh, PA/Taylor Allderdice), sophomore Andrew Faulkner (Anchorage, AK/Phillips Academy Andover (MA)), junior Joshua Crist (Akron, OH/Nordonia), sophomore George Reynolds (Washington, CT/Kent School), freshman Kyle Rohrbach (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor Plainsboro), senior Taylor Reese (Lewisberry, PA/Red Land) and freshman Julian Kabawat (Cambridge, MA/Prospect Hill Academy) raced for the Blue Jays.
The men's varsity returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Head of the Schuykill, while the novice is in action at the Tapke Chase.
