SALISBURY, MD - Johns Hopkins fought off elimination yet again in the NCAA South Regional with a 12-5 win over Christopher Newport. The Blue Jays move on to the final round to face Shenandoah, unbeaten in the tournament. The Hornets handed JHU its only loss so far in the tournament, 8-2 on Wednesday.

Chez Angeloni led Hopkins with seven strikeouts in his third complete game of the season. Brian Youchak needed just a double for the cycle after a solo home run and a two-run triple to lead the Blue Jays on offense.

Hopkins takes on the Hornets of Shenandoah at 5 p.m. today at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium in Salisbury, Md.
