LANCASTER, PA - Johns Hopkins junior outfielder Craig Cetta (Randolph, NJ/Randolph) earned Centennial Player-of-the-Week honors, the league announced Monday.

Cetta batted .357 with five hits in 14 at-bats and totaled three runs, two home runs and four RBIs as Hopkins completed a 3-1 week. He hit home runs in back-to-back games against Widener and Elizabethtown and then went 2-for-3 with a run, a double, a triple and an RBI in an 8-4 win over No. 26 Ithaca.

Cetta has started nine of the team's 13 games and is batting .387 (12-for-31) with nine runs scored and six runs batted in. He is also tied for second on the team with three home runs and 12 hits. A second team all-conference and all-region player last year, Cetta boasts a .774 slugging percentage and a .457 on-base percentage.

Hopkins, which improved to 11-2 with a doubleheader sweep of No. 26 Ithaca on Sunday, returns to action Tuesday as the Blue Jays open Centennial Conference play at Gettysburg beginning at 3:00 p.m.
