BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins baseball team had its game against Villa Julie College, scheduled for Tuesday, postponed on Monday morning. The game had been on the schedule as the season opener for the Blue Jays after games over the weekend had been postponed. The contest with the Mustangs has been rescheduled for Sunday, April 15th at 1 p.m.
Hopkins will now open its 2007 season on Saturday, March 10th against William Paterson. That game kicks off the Blue Jays' 10-game spring trip to Arizona. First pitch in the desert is set for 12:30 p.m. MST. Hopkins will make its home debut on March 20th against Shenandoah at 3 p.m.
